Please note that the first step in transferring your RSP settings to
Lightroom-compatible XMP settings is to import those images into Lightroom at
their current location. Lightroom will then generate XMP files that the settings
migration tool will update.
They've updated the page indicating that the migration tool has been delayed to ensure quality standards. A new release date should be be posted by March 9th.
