Photomatix 3.0.3 Released

HDRsoft have released an updated version of Photomatix which includes several bugfixes.
Photomatix is a photo enhancement tool which deals with photography produced under difficult lighting conditions. Using Exposure Blending and Tone Mapping, images can be produced from multiple bracketed exposures, which offer a more balanced result. Photomatix 3.0.3 can be downloaded from the HDRsoft website. REALVIZ®, have announced the availability of their REALVIZ HDR Imaging Studio solution. REALVIZ HDR Imaging Studio, combines Stitcher® 5.6, VTour 1.2 HDR and Photomatix Pro. The bundle is ideal for the creation of HDR environments for virtual reality, industrial design, special effects and video game applications.

Stitcher 5.6, enables users to build HDR panoramas and directly export them as environment maps for use in their favorite 3D package. VTour 1.2 HDR now allows digital content creators, for the first time ever, to add depth information to their HDR environment maps for Spatial Image-Based Lighting (SIBL). Akvis Enhancer 6.0 Released

Akvis have released V6 of their Enhancer plug-in for improving detail in underexposed and overexposed photos. AKVIS Enhancer draws out details by enhancing the differences between adjacent pixels that have different color and tonal values and bringing out details in the shadows, mid-tones and overexposed areas. Many of these capabilities are available in applications that support HDR based processing but Enhancer can produce excellent results using just one image.
